摘要如今国家正在积极推动开放式小区的发展。开放式小区就是小区的尺度控制在一定范围内，而研究发现，大概控制在200米以内是比较适宜的。小区开放就是为了健全城市网络，缓解现在堵车越来越频繁，越来越严重的问题，而这需要小区道路与公路合一，但是小区道路和公路结合是小区内车流量大大加大，噪音和灰尘越来越多，影响了小区居民的生活和休息。本课题针对小区开放所带来的改变以及道路公共所带来的问题，通过研究国内外成功的开放式小区案例，分析在小区开放下如何合理的共用道路，宅间绿地和公共绿地如何和谐的统一，如何保证小区、城市景观的融合和小区景观的独特性。合理的景观设计能够解决或者缓解小区开放所带来的一系列问题，有利于推进开放式小区的发展。83634
