摘要目的探讨体检人群弃检便常规的主要原因，并据此提供切实可行的改进措施。方法以平湖市第一人民医院为例，随机选取350名健康体检者，对他们进行关于便常规检查的知信行问卷调查，并结合现场访问医务人员和健康体检者。结果调查人群中有76。8%的人在近三年的健康体检中100%弃检便常规，而整体人群的平均弃检率达到了90。8%。便秘、需留标本时而无大便和认为便常规毫无意义是弃检便常规的最主要因素，分别占64。5%、54。8%。人群的性别（p=0。001）和文化程度（p=0。001）在便常规相关知识得分情况上的差异有统计学意义。人群的年龄（p=0。014）、医务人员是否会对弃检人群进行劝服（p=0。019）和人群对便常规重要性打分的高低情况（p=0。039）在便常规弃检率上的差异有统计学意义。结论健康体检中弃检便常规的现象普遍存在，健康体检者需改变观念、正视便常规的重要性，相关机构和人员需要加强健康教育和体检管理，两者共同致力于改善便常规弃检率居高不下的现象。89276

Abstract Objective: To explore the main reasons for giving up checking stool routine of clients of health examination and to provide practical improvement measures。 Methods: Taking the First Municipal Hospital of Pinghu as an Example, randomly selected 350 clients of health examination and then a questionnaire survey was conducted among them, combined with on-site visiting medical staffs and clients of health examination。 Results: 76。8% of the population totally gave up stool routine during the last three years。 The average abandoning rate of this 341 people is 90。8%。 64。5%% of the population chose constipation and 54。8% of the population thought stool routine meaningless as the main reason for abandoning stool routine。 There were significant differences in the score about stool routine between sexes （p=0。001）and education level（p=0。001）。 Also, there were significant differences in rejection rate of stool routine between the age of population（p=0。014）,medical men whether or not to persuade people to check stool routine （p=0。019）and people’s score about the importance of stool routine（p=0。039）。 Conclusion: Giving up stool routine is widespread among physical examination。 The clients of health examination need to Change their minds and face up to the importance of stool routine。 Relevant institutions and personnel need to strengthen health education and physical management。 The both sides should work together to improve the phenomenon of high rejection rate of stool routine。
