摘要本实验以药用植物飞蓬草(Erigeron acer L。)为实验材料，通过分离、纯化获得38株内生真菌，其中真菌来源于根部11株；茎部8株；叶部19株。并且根霉属(Rhizopus)、鬼伞属(Coprinus)、总状星珠属(Syncephalastrum)真菌分别为根、茎、叶部中特有属。并且高浓度短时间消毒处理飞蓬草植株对内生真菌影响最小，通过WA双抗培养基、PDA双抗培养基两者共同培养内生真菌，分离获得的内生真菌数量最多。本试验结果表明，药用植物飞蓬草具有丰富的生物多样性，同时发现其不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布、种群存有一定差异性。这为进一步探究飞蓬草植株的药理活性和生物学功能奠定基础。89474

Abstract In this experiment, the medicinal plants Erigeron Acer L。 is used as experimental materials。 Using the method of plate separation to compared and analysis, a total of 38 fungal strains were isolated from the organs of Erigeron Acer L。 which eleven fungus were from root, eight strains from stem, nineteen strains from leaf。 Meanwhile, the endophytic fungi of Rhizopus、Coprinus、Syncephalastrum only separated from root steam and leaf。 The high concentration and short time sterilization treatment on plant brought minimal impact。 The water agar with antibiotics and the potato dextrose agar with antibiotics ,which number of endophytic fungi was the highest。The results showed that the abundant persity of Erigeron acer L endophytic fungi,at the same time , there were obvious differences in the number, distribution, population and composition of the fungal endophytes。 This experiment has important economic and ecological value for the development and utilization and cultivation of medicinal plants。
