摘要 目的 了解并掌握医学生参与医院志愿服务的现状，为提高医学生参与医院志愿服务的意愿提供建议及对策。方法 利用自制调查问卷，采用整群抽样法在杭州四所高校回收有效问卷425份，运用EpiData3。1录入数据，运用SPSS20。0对数据进行统计学分析，分析方法包括描述性统计、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、多重线性回归分析。结果 医学生表示愿意参与医院志愿服务的比重与实际参与率分别为86。6%和45。6%；性别、政治面貌对参与意愿在统计学上具有差异，性别、年级对价值的认知在统计学上具有差异（P<0。05）；女生更愿意参与医院志愿服务，女生及大一的医学生对医院志愿服务存在的价值更认同；医学生参与医院志愿服务的主要困难是与学习时间冲突及不了解参与的途径和方式；结合医学生的专业安排合适的服务项目与提供志愿服务补贴是影响医学生参与意愿的主要因素。结论 学校应鼓励学生参与医院志愿服务，侧重于提高男性与大四及以上医学生的参与意愿，同时将医学生专业知识的学习与参与志愿服务结合起来；医院可以构建管理志愿服务的部门，结合医学生的专业安排合适的服务项目，丰富志愿服务相关信息的传播渠道。90206

Abstract: Purpose Comprehending and Grasping the current situation of medical students involved in hospital volunteer service,in order to propose suggestions and measures which can improve medical students' willingness to participate in hospital volunteer service。Methods On the basis of self-designed questionnaire, using cluster sampling method to select 425 valid questionnaires of four medical colleges in Hangzhou, The data were analyzed by EpiData3。1 and SPSS20。0, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression analysis。 Results Medical students' willingness to participate in the proportion of  hospital volunteer service and the actual participation rate were 86。6% and 45。6% respectively;Gender and political status have statistical difference in willingness to participate(P<0。05); Women are more agree with the value of the existence of voluntary services in hospitals。 The main difficulty for medical students to participate in voluntary service is the conflict with learning time , and according to the medical students' professional appropriate service items and the provision of voluntary service subsidies are the main factors that affect the willingness of medical students to participate。 Conclusion The college should encourage students to participate in voluntary services in hospitals 。 The college should focus on improving man's and fourth year or above medical students' willingness to participate in the voluntary service of hospitals 。Hospitals can build departments that manage voluntary services and according to the medical students' professional appropriate service items,enrich the channels for the dissemination of relevant information about voluntary services。
