柔性制造系统有很多的子系统,在这些子系统中,控制系统的作用显得尤为关键, 为了满足设计的合理性,控制系统采用 PLC 可编程控制器,使用流水线工作的柔性制 造系统来进行模型,并且运用仿真软件进行模拟,能够缩短设计周期。对于完成后的 程序,不仅操作方式简单,而且可以针对不同的设计条件对模型进行优化,完成多种 多样的加工任务。
本课题主要针对柔性制造系统的控制系统进行设计,选用广泛应用于制造业的 PROFIBUS_DP 的现场总线,建立组态单元级 SIMATIC 网络,系统的一类主站使用 S7-300 系列 PLC,二类主站是 PC 机,PLC 与 PC 机之间的通信采用 PROFIBUS_DP 总线。整个控制系统的组成中包括 S7-300 系列 PLC 以及配套的 WINCC 组态软件, 完成控制结构、操作运行、数据收集及计算,这样,整个系统可以进行自动控制功能 并且一直能够实时被监控,系统的性能稳定、高效又可靠,实时状况也能被掌握。

Abstract In modern times, with each passing day,the complication of product small batch production technology is more and more popular, flexible manufacturing system got great development in the background,People to the study of flexible manufacturing technology increasingly gets recognition, domestic research capacity there is a big gap with foreign advanced technology, the study of flexible manufacturing technology are imperative。
Flexible manufacturing system has many subsystems, in which the role of the control system is very important, In order to meet the rationality of the design, the control system adopts PLC programmable controller, the use of assembly line work model for flexible manufacturing system, and carrying on simulations, may shorten the design cycle。 For finished program, not only operation mode is simple, and can according to different design conditions to optimize the model, a variety of processing task。
This topic mainly aims at the control system of flexible manufacturing system design, selection of widely used in the manufacturing of PROFIBUS_DP fieldbus, building a network of configuration unit level SIMATIC system of master station using S7-300 series PLC, the second is the main PC, communication between PLC and PC using PROFIBUS_DP bus。 The composition of the whole control system are included in the
S7-300 series PLC and WINCC configuration software, auxiliary complete structure, operation control, data collection and calculation, in this way, the system can automatically control function and has been able to be monitored in real time, the performance of the system is stable, efficient and reliable, real-time situation can be mastered。
