摘要:本文主要以工厂一般的流水生产线为设计对象,采用PLC(可编程控制器)进行编程控制作业。生产加工单元具有多种运行模式的控制仿真设计。硬/软件配置分别选用了Rockwell Software公司Bul.1764 Micrologix1500 LSP Series C型号的PLC,在RSLinx建立DH-485仿真通信驱动和OPC服务器通信的基础上,在RSLogix 500上编程,实现加工单元控制要求。时至今日,使用自动控制完成作业已经是流行,而作为一种专为工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作系统,PLC有着许许多多的优点。它采用可编程序的存储器储存执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、算术运算及定时计数等操作指令,通过模拟量、数字量输入与输出,控制机械运动和生产过程。因此,使用PLC技术已经成为工业自动控制的发展趋势。20166

Control System Design Of Automatic Production Line Based On AB-PLC
Abstract: The main object designed in this article is about the flow production line. Using PLCs(Programmable Logical Controller) to control. Hardware/Software configuration, respectively, to choose the Rockwell Software company Bul. 1764 Micrologix1500 LSP Series C type of PLC, DH - 485 simulation in RSLinx communication drive and OPC server communication, on the basis of programming on RSLogix 500, realize the processing unit control requirements. Nowadays, using automatic control ways to do wok has became popular. And there also can reach different effects if using different control ways. PLC is a digit arithmetic operation system specially designed under the circumstance of industy.It has the programmable memorizer which can perform operational order like logical arithmatic , sequential control, timer counter and arithmatic operation and so on...It also can control mechanical motion and productive progress through the input and output of digital quantity and analog quantity. So, using PLC technique has became main steamdevelopment in industy automation control.
