摘要基于视频图像处理的智能交通检测系统具有简单、方便、实时性好等优点,使其受到国内外专家学者的关注,逐渐成为研究的重点,他的应用前景十分良好。车辆速度检测是交通信息检测的关键是得到车辆速度的信息。 车辆速度的检测涉及到摄像机标定和车速测量算法的研究,本文采用基于傅里叶相移特性的车速测量算法。
主要内容包括: (1)图像边缘处理 分析比较不同的边缘检测算法,熟悉运用图像处理的基本原理(2)光流法与背景差分方法的综合运用得到车辆的检测盒跟踪。(3)摄像机标定。基于线性透视关系的原理,将一文坐标扩展至二文以提高标定精度,并且将二文标定问题简化为计算密集型的,得到像素和汽车速度之间的关系,从而换算出汽车速度的数值。(4)利用傅里叶相移特性来进行车速检测。车辆速度检测傅里叶变换能够将图像的全部信息包含在傅里叶变换的频谱中利用相位谱就能获得物体的运动信息。初步应用明:该设计可以满足实际应用的要求,可以应用于隧道的速度检测方面,速度测量。20279

Title Climatic conditions for fog speed detection technology research
Abstract
Traffic information detection system based on video image processing has the advantages of simple, convenient, good real-time, make its attention by experts and scholars both at home and abroad, has become the focus of the research and application prospect is very good. Vehicle speed detection is the traffic information detection is the key to get the vehicle speed information. Vehicle speed detection involves the research of camera calibration and speed measurement algorithm, in this paper, based on the Fourier phase shift characteristic of the speed measurement algorithm.
Main contents include: (1) image edge processing analysis and comparison of different edge detection algorithm, familiar with the basic principle of digital image processing (2) optical flow method and the integrated use of background difference method to get the vehicle tracking test kits. (3) the camera calibration. Based on the principle of linear perspective, the extension of the one dimensional coordinates to 2 d in order to improve the calibration precision, and the calibration problem is simplified to a two-dimensional computation intensive, get the relationship between the pixel and the car speed, thus reduced the car speed value. (4) based on Fourier phase shift characteristic of the speed measurement algorithm. Vehicle speed detection Fourier transform to the image of all information contained in the phase of the spectrum of Fourier transform spectrum can get motion information. Preliminary application: the design can meet the requirements of practical application and can be applied to the speed of the tunnel inspection, velocity measurement.
