摘要纺织机械长期连续运行,其电机在充满了纤维材料的恶劣环境下下工作,造成电机始终处于持续高温高湿的状态下运转,很容易造成过热、火灾、短路等事故,此外,电网电压的不稳定和电机短路也会造成电机的损坏。目前市面上尚无一套功能齐全且价格便宜的纺织电机保护系统,针对这一情况本文设计了用于纺织机械的电机保护系统。87248
本文通过分析了纺织电机在运行中常见的不利条件:如电机短路、低电压、过电压、工作温度过高、工作环境过于潮湿等,制定了有针对性的保护策略,提出了以STC90C51RD+单片机为处理器的纺织机械电机保护系统方案,并进行了实验验证。该系统具有自检、自诊断、故障参数记忆等功能。
该系统可以在第一时间判断并处理因电机而引起的问题,有效的防止了事故的发生。系统含数据收集模块、数据处理模块、故障检测模块、故障处理模块及人机交互模块五个模块。系统外围电路简单,操作容易,成本价格便宜,数据显示简洁直观,而且能够自行检测故障并处理故障,能够实现纺织电机智能保护,更重要的是此系统能适用于各种型号的纺织电机。
