摘要在列车行驶过程中,列车的车轮踏面可能会因各种原因造成车轮的局部擦伤,当车轮运行到擦伤部分时,车轮对钢轨产生的冲击力是影响列车平稳性和安全性的重要因素,所以列车轨道振动监测具有非常重要的意义。本文是在参考了前人研究的基础上,使用了一种基于振动加速度的车轮故障监测系统,并且对采集的振动信号进行了分析和研究。87457
本文首先介绍了列车轨道振动监测系统的发展状况和现实意义,通过查阅资料得到国内外监测系统的研究成果,归纳得出研究现状。
然后介绍了列车车轮出现故障的原因和种类,根据列车轨道振动监测系统的要求给出了监测系统的总体设计,同时也交代了振动信号的采集方案,并对列车轨道振动监测系统进行了硬件选型。
其次介绍了列车轨道振动监测系统的软件设计部分,本次设计选择的开发语言是C++,开发环境是VS2010和Qt5。5,该部分交代了列车轨道振动监测系统软件总体设计,并对各个功能模块进行介绍,解释了功能模块的设计思想。
