摘要随着我国国民经济的快速发展和城市化规模迅速扩张，使得城市人口迅猛增长、汽车保有量年年攀升、交通用地紧张，许多城市正面临交通拥堵、节假日居民出行困难这样的“城市病”。进入21世纪后，城市轨道交通的大规模发展无疑在很大程度上缓解了城市居民高峰出行对路面交通造成的拥堵情况。地铁更是首当其冲，便捷、准点、快速的特质使得地铁车站不得不常常面临大规模客流集散所造成的运营组织困难。本文从地铁车站大客流的产生原因、分类和时空特征着手，进行了地铁车站大客流运营组织策略研究，主要内容如下：87475
1。 概括总结城市轨道交通客流分析及运营组织方面的国内外研究现状。
2。 总结地铁大客流相关基本理论，即大客流基本定义、产生原因、基于时间与空间的特征规律分析以及分类。
3。 从车站管理和行车管理角度出发，分析大客流运营组织影响因素，包括运输能力、客流组织疏导能力、换乘方式等。
4。 从客流特征分析、列车运能、客运组织、票务管理等方面总结国内现有地铁车站突发大客流的具体运营组织措施和方法。
5。 以南京大行宫地铁站为例，根据工作日高峰客流分析数据进行大客流运营组织方案分析，根据实际情况制定优化方案。

Along with the rapid development and expansion of the urbanization scale,which brings that the urban population is growing rapidly and the quantity of car retain is increasing year by year,many cities are facing traffic congestion and difficulties of residents travel during holidays such“urban disease”。After entering the twenty-first Century,obviously there is no doubt that the large-scale development of urban rail transit to a great extent,alleviate the urban residents peak travel on the road traffic congestion。Obviously the subway,with the characteristics of convenient,on time and fast,makes the subway station have to often face operation difficulties caused by massive passenger flow distribution。
This article discusses the reasons,classification, time and space characteristics of subway station passenger flow,and finally gives advice on the operating organization strategy。The main contents are as follows:
