摘 要:能源工业是一个国家经济发展的命脉。此论文分三部分设计:一是矿井下瓦斯气体的监测,二是此系统的报警,三是利用CAN总线组网、通讯。论文首先论述了CH4监测系统的发展及现下状况。在本文中,我们设计介绍了一种基于气敏传感器和单片机的煤矿瓦斯监测报警器。我们给出了其硬件组成及软件的设计方案,使其能达到进行瓦斯监测的预期目标。本设计的硬件电路包括气体的浓度检测、A/D转换系统、单片机系统、数据显示电路及报警系统,软件设计包括浓度采集、数据转换及处理、动态显示、声光报警及上传监控主机等。通过软硬件结合的设计可实现对瓦斯气体浓度的监测并且当其浓度超过预设值时同时可进行报警,并且利用CAN总线进行数据传输,从而达到井下报警,井上同时知晓的报警效果。92633

Abstract:Energy industry is the lifeline of a country's economic development。 The title of this paper is the design of gas concentration monitoring system under coal mine。This thesis is pided into three parts。One is the detection of gas under mine,Two is alarm system,Three is the use of CAN bus networking, communications。Firstly, this paper discusses the development and current situation of CH4 monitoring system。 In this paper, we design a kind of coal mine gas monitoring alarm based on gas sensor and single chip microcomputer。The hardware composition and software design of the system are given, which can achieve the expected target of gas monitoring。 To detect the concentration of the hardware including gas, A/D conversion system Energy , MCU, data display circuit and alarm system; software design including concentration acquisition, data conversion and processing, dynamic display, alarm and upload monitoring host etc。。。The design by the combination of hardware and software can realize the monitoring of the concentration of gas and can alarm when the concentration exceeds the preset value, and the use of CAN bus for data transmission, so as to achieve the underground alarm alarm effect, Inoue also know。
