摘 要:随着工业生产效率和产品质量的不断提高,工业现场中有大量的指标需要监测,如温度、压力、湿度、流量等,这些都要用到数据采集系统。目前,大多数数据采集系统使用固定传感器对某一指标进行检测,通用性不强,当同一指标的采集传感器的量程范围改变后就不能再使用。因此,在信息技术高速发展的今天,如何更方便、更准确、更快速地获取分析对象的数据成为了工程技术人员十分关注的问题。
本篇论文以8051单片机为核心来实现多路数据采集。该方法通过应用ADC0809,将8路被测电压进行模拟量到数字量的转换,然后由单片机对数据进行处理在LED上显示,同时采用MAX232接口芯片来实现MCU与PC机间的电平匹配,最后由PC机完成数据的接收和显示。93405

This paper uses 8051 MCU as the core to achieve multi-channel data acquisition。 By using ADC0809, the data of eight channels of the measured voltage will achieve the analog-to-digital conversion。 Then, the data is processed by the microcontroller which is displayed on the LED display screen。 At the same time, using the interface chip called MAX232 is to achieve the matching level between MCU and PC。 In the end, the PC completes the receive and display of the data。
