基于simulink的三相桥式全控整流电路的建模与仿真

使用了Matlab/Simulink仿真工具,对三相全控桥在电阻负载、阻感负载下的整流情况进行模拟仿真,并且分析了在不同触发角情况下,输出电压、电流的波形变化。

摘要:目前,人们在日常生活或者工业生产中所使用的电能,绝大多数需要经过一次电力电子装置的变换后才能使用。其中用到的比较多的是相控电路,除相控电路外还有不可控整流电路。可知,电力电子技术在现代的电力系统中是非常关键的组成部分之一。可以这样说,脱离了电力电子技术,电力系统将会彻底崩溃。整流电路是电力电子的最基本也是最早出现的,同时也是目前应用最广的电力电子电路。其中三相桥式整流电路作为高效整流系统,应用相当广泛。因此,为预防故障及分析故障产生原因,分析整流电路运行情况显得尤其重要。Matlab下的Simulink是一种可视化仿真工具,可轻松胜任建模、仿真的任务,具有友好的人机界面,仿真十分快速。在此背景下,本文基于Simulink仿真工具对电力电子技术中的三相桥式全控电路整流原理这一课题进行了研究,希望能起到一定的指导意义。

本文通过查找参考文献等途径,先对半控器件晶闸管工作原理及触发方式进行了分析。在此基础上,充分学习三相全控桥的整流原理并搭建了电路图。接着,简要介绍了Simulink仿真工具的功能及基本操作方法。然后基于Simulink仿真软件对三相桥式全控整流电路进行建模,详细介绍了建模时所运用到的模块的作用。同时在不同触发角,不同负载下对电路进行仿真分析。最后运用Flash软件把仿真过程及结果整合,以进行高效演示。一方面对三相桥式全控整流电路结构与工作原理理解更加深刻,另一方面也为当今电力电子实验方面的教学奠定良好的基础。

Abstract:At present, most of the electricity energy that people use in daily life or industrial production needs to be converted by power electronic devices. Among power electronic devices, the phase control circuit is widely used, besides the phase controlled circuit, there are uncontrollable rectifier circuits. It can be seen that power electronic technology is one of the most critical components in modern power systems.It can be said that without power electronics, the power system will collapse completely. Rectifier circuit is the most basic and the first application of power electronics applications.It is also the most widely used power electronic circuit at present.The three-phase bridge rectifier circuit is widely used as an efficient rectifier system.Therefore, it is very important to analyze the operation of rectifier circuit in order to prevent the fault and analyze the cause of the fault.Simulink in Matlab is a visual simulation tool, which is easy to do the task of modeling and simulation, and has a friendly man-machine interface, and the simulation is very fast.In this context, based on the Simulink simulation tool, this paper studies the rectifier principle of three-phase full bridge control circuit in power electronics, hoping to play a certain guiding significance.

In this paper, the operation principle and trigger mode of thyristor are analyzed by searching references and so on. On this basis, I fully study the three-phase full-bridge rectifier principle and build a circuit diagram.Then, this paper briefly introduces the functions and basic operation methods of Simulink simulation tools. Then, based on Simulink, the three-phase full bridge rectifier circuit is modeled, and the function of the module is introduced in detail. At the same time, the circuit is simulated and analyzed under different triggering angles and different loads. Finally, the Flash is used to integrate the simulation process and results for efficient demonstration.On the one hand, the structure and working principle of three-phase bridge full controlled rectifier circuit are more profound, and on the other hand, it lays a good foundation for the teaching of power electronics experiment. 基于simulink的三相桥式全控整流电路的建模与仿真:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_204605.html
