STM32的4G太阳能电站监控系统设计+PCB电路图

基于4G通信的太阳能电站监控系统,通过对太阳能电站运行原理的研究以及典型太阳能电站监控系统的设计案例的分析,确立了本系统的功能和设计方案,

摘要:严峻的能源形势使得太阳能等新能源得到了大力开发与利用,光伏发电技术作为利用太阳能的主要手段发展迅猛。太阳电站监控系统性能的好坏决定了电站及电网的运行效率和稳定性。本文面向并网型光伏电站,利用嵌入式设备构建了一个基于4G通信网络和现场总线的太阳能监控系统。

本文从并网型光伏电站监控系统应用实际出发,首先,确定了系统的组网和架构方案,选取STM32系列单片机设计了光伏电站现场监控设备;其次,利用4G移动通信网络和现场总线技术实现了系统的本地和远程通信功能,并对所采用的Modbus协议、Modbus/TCP协议以及CAN总线的具体实现方法做了详细介绍,提出了通信优化调度方案;为了对并网电流的幅值和频率进行控制,采用了带有电网电压前馈补偿的双闭环PI控制策略,此方法还可有效抑制电流波形的畸变;最后使用组态王软件设计了系统上位机监控软件,对电站进行本地和远程的监控。

经过实验仿真,本系统设计能够完成预期的数据采集、存储、传输功能,光伏并网输出控制策略可以实现预期的控制目标,下位机数据在监控软件上得到了实时显示,能很好完成历史数据、曲线报表的调用,以及故障的实时报警和人员管理

Abstract:Under the great energy pressure ,every country tries to develop new energy industries especially solar power industry. Photovoltaic power generation technology, as an important method to use solar power ,attracts much attention .The performance of solar power monitoring system has great influence on the stability and efficiency of solar power station and public grid. A solar power monitoring system ,based on 4G-LTE and field bus control network , using Embedded device, is built.

First, after analyzing the real practical application requirements ,the  system networking solution and system architecture solution are put forward. A field equipments are designed , in the basis of the controller of STM32 single chip .They can collect operation and control data of solar power station. Then the system communication function is achieved by the means of 4G-LTE and field bus control technology .The implementation

of   modbus protocol、 modbus /TCP protocol and CAN bus are introduced on detail  .Anoptimal dispatching plan is applied on communication .A PI control strategy with grid voltage feed forward compensation is devoted to control grid-connected output current. The method can control the frequency and amplitude of the current .It can also reduce the output current harmonic distortion. Finally ,the system monitoring software is designed by the Kingview. It can monitor the solar station locally or remotely .

Simulation results shows that the solar power monitoring system can implement the expected function and performance. The solar power plant monitoring system shows excellent performance .
