摘要:随着单片机,传感器技术的迅速发展,粉料称重技术也随之取得了长足的进步。传送带粉料称重系统是对粉料物体进行称重,打包,运输。在化工,医药,食品等行业有十分广泛的应用。但依然存在精度低,功能不齐的问题,所以对于粉料称重装置的改进与研究是必不可少的。本文对于粉料称重系统的研究与设计,较为理想的解决了精度不高,功能单一等问题。首先对于粉料称重装置我们应当有一个大致的模型观念,然后设计出整个装置的外部整体结构。再其次要考虑称重过程中存在的误差,再进行误差分析作出改进。在卸料中采用了大、中、小三种不同的卸料速率通过控制卸料口的大小来控制粉料卸料的速率,减小在卸料中的误差,使得称重更为精确。此方法解决了称重的精度问题。系统使用12位精度模/数转换芯片AD1674转换称重传感器,保证了数据转换的精度。里面含有采样保持器,减少了我们使用时产品的造价。加入和声光报警的功能,实时确保机器的安全运作。在粉料称重装置下方加上传送带,方便了称重完成后粉包的运输,降低了劳动成本。

Abstract:With the single-chip, the rapid development of sensor technology, powder weighing technology also made great progress. Conveyor belt powder weighing system is the powder material weighing, packing, transportation. In the chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries have a very wide range of applications. But there are still low precision, dysfunction of the problem, so the powder weighing device for improvement and research is essential. In this paper, the research and design of powder weighing system is more ideal to solve the problem of low precision and single function. First of all, for the powder weighing device we should have a general concept of the model, and then design the entire device of the external overall structure. And then to consider the existence of the weighing process error, and then make an error analysis to improve. In the discharge of the use of large, medium and small three different feed rate by controlling the size of the discharge port to control the rate of powder discharge, reducing the error in the discharge, making the weighing more accurate. This method solves the problem of weighing accuracy. The system uses 12-bit precision A / D converter chip AD1674 to convert the load cell signal to ensure the accuracy of data conversion. Which contains the sample and hold, reducing the cost of our products when used. Adding sound and light alarm function, real-time to ensure the safe operation of the machine. In the powder weighing device below the conveyor belt to facilitate the completion of weighing after the delivery of powder package, reducing labor costs.
