摘要电力工业是使国家经济能够大力发展的基础工业,它的根本任务是提供足够的、安全的、质量达标的电能,来满足国家经济的各个发展部门以及人民生活上用电需要不断增长的需要。电力系统包括发电、变电、送电、配电、用电等许许多多的环节。电网是电源和用户之间的重要纽带,其主要使用功能就是要把电能安全、优质、环保地送到用户。电力工业发展是实践表明要实现这一目标,大电网具有不能够被取代的优越性,而要充分发挥这种优越性,就必须建设一个现代化的电网。现如今电网进入了高速发展的阶段,超高压大容量电网也成为了可能。电网的发展给国家与人民经济和社会的发展带来了很大的发展和效益,并成为当今社会发展和人民日常生活不能够缺失的能源之一。本论文通过制定无功平衡方案、拟定电网接线方案、潮流计算和短路计算等方法,对开阳地区的电网进行规划和设计。46272
