摘要为了有效控制弹体以到达提高命中精度的目的,需要对弹体姿态参数进行实时测量,常用的弹体姿态测量方法很多不足,利用地磁原理测量弹体姿态或进行导航,成为当前制导弹箭的研究热点。然而由于弹体的钢性材质会因磁场的磁化产生附加磁场而影响弹体参数的测量精度。因此研究和分析弹体磁化引起的测量自差,并且寻求校正自差的方法,以及对弹磁进行消磁研究具有重要意义。 本文首先对地磁场及弹磁模型进行了理论基础介绍,并对各个校正自差以及消除自差的方法进行了分析,比较了直感式地磁导航系统自差校正和其他校正方法的优缺点,并且结合自差校正系统安装简便性,自差校正方法准确性,确立了自差校正方案,并以单轴转台为平台做实验,加以验证自差校正能够减弱由于弹体磁场的影响而使地磁测量和导航产生的误差,使地磁测量结果接近于理想值。61053

Title the study of deviation correction method of the missiles and geomagnetic attitude measurement
Abstract In order to realize the purpose of improving the accuracy by getting effective control of the projectile, we need to measure the parameters of projectile attitude real-time. There are many shortcomings in common projectile attitude measurement method. Using the principle of magnetic to measure projectile posture or navigation is becoming a research focus of guidance projectile. However, the rigid material of projectile can produce additional magnetic field due to the magnetization of the magnetic field and it will affect the accuracy of measurement parameters of projectile. As a result, the research and analysis of measurement deviation caused by projectile magnetization and seeking the method of correcting deviation, as well as researching the degauss of magnetic of projectile is of great significance. This article introduces the theoretical basis of geomagnetic field and the magnetic model of projectile firstly and analyzes the methods of correction of deviation and elimination of deviation. We also compare the advantages and disadvantages of deviation correction method of direct feeling of geomagnetic navigation system and other correction methods. Considering the installation feasibility of deviation correction system and the accuracy of deviation correction method, we establish a deviation correction scheme. We use uniaxial turntable as the platform to experiment and verify that the deviation correction method can weaken geomagnetic measurement and navigation error caused by the effect of projectile magnetic field. Through this method, we finally make geomagnetic measurement results closing to the theoretical value.
