摘 要:煤矿的安全生产中,矿井通风系统起着极其重要的作用,它是煤矿安全生产的关键环节。而矿井通风机又是矿井通风系统的主要设备之一,因此对其进行PLC控制的变频调速系统的设计和研究,不仅可以大大提高煤矿生产的机械化、自动化水平,还能节省大量的电能,具有较高的经济效益。煤矿主通风机监控系统主要包括风机性能检测和风机风量调节控制两部分。本文以一台矿用对旋轴流风机为控制对象,结合PLC控制技术、变频调速技术和组态监控技术,对矿井通风机进行了PLC控制的状态监测和变频调速的设计和研究。煤矿主通风机监控系统主要包括风机性能检测和风机风量调节控制两部分为有效的对主通风机进行监测控制 ,保隋风机的稳定运行 , 提出了一种基PLC的矿井主通风机监控系统的设计方案 ,介绍了监控系统的结构设计和功能实现 ,对监控系统的硬件配置 ,监控原理和上位机的设计行详细的阐述。该系统能够有效实现风机的就地、半自动、全自动三种控制方式,提高了主通风机的自动化程度和运行可靠性。66448

Abstract:The safety production of coal mine, mine ventilation system plays an important role, it is the key part of the coal mine production safety. The mine ventilation machine is one of the main equipment in the mine ventilation system, so the for the design and research of PLC control system of frequency control of motor speed, not only can greatly improve the mechanization and automation level of the coal mine production, but also save large amounts of electricity, has high economic benefit. Mine main ventilator monitoring system mainly includes the fan performance testing and fan flow control part two. The mine contra rotating axial flow fan as the control object, combined with PLC control technology, VVVF technology and configuration monitoring technology, the design and research of PLC control of the state monitoring and frequency control of the mine fan. Coal mine main ventilator monitoring system mainly includes the air volume of the fan performance testing and fan control two parts is effective on main fan monitoring and control, the stable operation of the blower of the Sui Dynasty, put forward the design scheme of a PLC based main mine ventilator monitoring system, this paper introduces the monitoring system structure design and function realization, the hardware configuration of monitoring system, monitoring principle and computer design, detailed elaboration. The system can effectively achieve the fan on the spot, semi automatic, automatic three kind of control mode, improve the degree of automation of main ventilator and operation reliability.
