摘要电机作为生活生产中的一个重要设备是不可或缺的,电机的起动问题也关系 到设备能否正常的工作,如果电机的起动电流过大则会使电机烧坏,也可能会影 响同一变压器供电下的其他设备,所以为了延长电机寿命,保护其他设备安全, 我们需要对电机的起动过程进行检测。本次设计是通过单片机对电机起动过程进 行检测,将起动电流转化成数字量送入单片机进行显示,单片机通过霍尔元件产 生的脉冲进行测速。电流采集是通过电流互感器和 I/V 变换电路进行采集,最后 经整流电路送入单片机的模数转换芯片。上位机的程序和界面通过 LabVIEW 进 行设计,通过串口程序使上位机与单片机的波特率等参数一致,并把起动电流波 形在上位机上显示出来。本次设计中用理论仿真进行试验,并没有通过实际连线。69992

Motor Starting Process Dynamic Detection System Design
Abstract
Motor as an important equipment in the production of life is indispensable, motor starting problem is related to the equipment can work normally, if the motor starting current is too large will make the motor burn out, may also affect other devices under the same power transformer, so in order to prolong the life of the motor, other equipment safety, we need to test the motor starting process.This design is by single-chip microcomputer to test the motor starting process, the starting current is converted into digital quantity into MCU for display, measuring speed hall element to generate pulse into single chip microcomputer. Current collection is through the acquisition of current transformer and the I/V transform circuit, the last of the rectifier circuit into single chip microcomputer modulus conversion chip.PC applications and interface design through LabVIEW, via a serial port application of PC and single chip microcomputer parameters such as baud rate is consistent, and the starting current waveform displayed on the upper machine.his design is just the theoretical simulation, and failed to pass the physical connection.
