摘 要:随着社会经济的发展和用电量的增大,社会上窃电问题变得越来越突出。目前己 知的窃电方法,几乎都要直接接触、改变电能计量装置,或改变计量、用电线路,才能达 到窃电的目的。最常用的方法就是绕过计量装置,从公共用电设施上窃电。因此要打击窃 电行为,需要研制一套针对公共用电设施的智能防窃电系统,以及时发现窃电行为,在第 一时间通知监管单位,铲除窃电点,减少电量的损失,维持正常的用电秩序。73202

本文采用小波分析的理论,对已建立的数据库和采集卡得到的数据进行比较,根据窃 电行为引起的负荷的非平稳性,利用奇异性原理和小波模极大值理论,对负荷信号进行了 多分辨率分解,确定窃电行为发生的时刻,在 MATLAB/SIMULINK 建立了相应的仿真系统, 对上述方法进行了仿真验证。

文中使用了 MC351GPRS 通信模块,高速数据采集芯片 AD7606,核心控制 CPU28335,。 电压互感器,电流互感器等,建立了公共用电设施防窃电系统的硬件部分,并设计了相关 的信号调理电路,进行了 PCB 板的绘制及制作,相关模块的软件程序的编写及后期实验的 验证。验证表明文中所设计的防窃电系统能够快速准确的切断窃电行为,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:With the development of social economy and the increase of electricity consumption,Social power theft problem is becoming more and more prominent。 The common method at present to steal the electricity includes changing the electric energy metering device, changing a component in the measurement device or changing the power lines。 The methods above all need to contact the measurement device to steal electricity resource。 However, for the public electricity lines, the common method to steal electricity is bypassing the metering device。 So it is significant to design a preventing electricity-stolen system for public power facilities to crackdown on the action of stealing electric power。

The theory of wavelet analysis is used to compare the data collected by the data acquisition card and the data in the database。 If the electricity-stolen behavior occurs, the load waveform of the system is non-stationary。 Then by using the theory of singularity and the wavelet modulus maxima, the load signal is multi-resolution decomposed and the moment of electricity-stolen behavior is confirmed。 Simulation system is established in MATLAB/SIMULINK to verify the method mentioned above。

MC351GPRS communication module, high-speed data acquisition chip AD7606, CPU28335, voltage transformer and current transformer consist the hardware part of the public power facilities preventing electricity-stolen system。 Also signal conditioning circuit is designed, PCB of the circuit is drawn and made, program of software is written and the experiments are carried out。 The results indicated that the system designed in this paper can cut off the electricity-stolen as reliably and quickly。
