摘 要:汽车车牌识别系统已经发展成为是现代化交通管理中非常重要的技术之一。整个 系统的五大核心部分有图像采集、图像预处理、车牌定位、字符分割、字符识别。对图像 预处理、车牌定位、字符分割三个模块的实现方法进行了研究,通过图片的灰度化和数学 形态的方法来确定车牌的位置,在这之后则对车牌分别进行车牌定位和字符分割处理,前者 是运用车牌的彩色进行车牌分割,后者是利用投影。将二值化后的图像进行投影,投影完 成后就要进入扫描分割环节,最终通过 MATLAB 软件进行仿真,,仿真证明该方法能正确 获取整个图像中车牌的区域,并识别出车牌号。73216

Abstract: The car license plate recognition system is one of the important part of modern traffic management。 Five core parts of the system includes image acquisition, image processing, license plate localization, character segmentation, character recognition。 In this article, image preprocessing, license plate location, character segmentation method to achieve three modules were introduced。 In order to determine the position of the plate, we use the gray and mathematical morphology image。 After this were the license plate license plate location and character segmentation process。 The former is carried out using the license plate color plate segmentation, the latter is the use of projection。 Making projection to the binary image, after that, the projector will enter the scan split link。 Finally the whole process simulation by MATLAB software will be realized。 The simulation proved that the method can get the entire image area of the plate correctly and recognize the bus grade。
