摘要依据城镇居民的供水需求,设计了恒压供水系统。本文的供水系统由变频调速器、水泵机组和PLC构成。恒压供水自动化系统还需要软件和硬件的共同组合来实现功能。 

本论文设计有三台水泵电机,介绍恒压供水的原理,变频调速方式由变频器来改变。通过改变变频器的输出电压和频率,控制水量,从而实现恒压供水系统节省水资源。首先介绍了恒压供水的意义和发展前景,本次设计中需要用的变频器、MCGS组态、PLC的相关知识介绍。然后通过硬件连接和软件的设计结合来实现这一功能,并进行调试。最后阶段时进行监控系统的设计与调试,更系统完善的完成对恒压供水的实现。此次设计的控制系统分析恒压供水的机理,变频调速方式实现的恒压供水节能效果优于传统的阀门控制恒压供水。通过预先设置变频器的PID模块化参数,利用压力传感信号构成液压反馈系统;根据用水量的变化,采用PID调节和变频泵的连续调节相结合,能够实现恒压供水且节省能源。77235

Abstract Constant pressure water supply system is designed according to the demand of water supply for urban residents。 In this paper, the water supply system is composed of variable frequency speed governor, water pump unit and PLC。 Constant pressure water supply automation system also needs the combination of software and hardware to realize the function。
