摘要近年来,我国一直在推广节能减排,一种新型的节能环保型建筑材料聚氨酯保温 板受到了建筑业的重视。本课题根据聚氨酯保温板材总体生产线的一般构成及其生产 工艺和跟踪切断部分的工作原理与控制要求设计了一个聚氨酯保温板跟踪切断控制 系统的流程图。运用 GX Developer 编写了聚氨酯保温板跟踪切断机控制系统的梯形 图并且使用 GX Simulator 进行仿真与调试。该控制系统能够工作在自动、半自动和 手动的工作状态。该控制系统能够根据需要的板长参数,通过计长编码器对聚氨酯保 温板材进行定长切断。在生产线不停机的前提下,对连续的聚氨酯成品板进行自动切 割;同时吸收切割时产生的尘埃。该控制系统的设计能够提高聚氨酯保温板定长定量 切割的效率,使其自动化程度有较大的提高同时也提高了生产的效率。79128

Abstract In recent years, China has been promoting energy-saving emission reduction。 A new type of energy saving and environmental protection building material polyurethane thermal insulation board has been paid attention to by the construction industry。In this paper, according to the general composition and production process of the polyurethane thermal insulation board production line and the working principle and control requirements of the track cutting,a polyurethane insulation board track cutting control system flow chart has been designed。The ladder diagram of the control system of the polyurethane thermal insulation board was compiled by GX Developer。And use GX Simulator to simulate and debug。The control system can work in automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation state。The polyurethane thermal insulation board can be fixed length and cut off by the length encoder according to the requirement of the board length parameter。Under the non-stop of the production line,the continuous polyurethane products can be cut automatically。At the same time ,it can absorb the dust generated by cutting。The design of the control system can improve the efficiency of the fixed length quantitative cutting of the polyurethane insulation board。The automation degree of the control system is greatly improved and the production efficiency is improved。
