摘要以新能源发电为背景,研究光伏发电系统的组成与特性。采用理论分析和仿真实验相结合的方法,对所需解决的理论和实践问题进行了讨论。重点分析了正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)、电压滞环控制、电流滞环控制以及电压外环电流内环四种逆变控制策略,并研究了并网和孤岛检测技术。比较不同的逆变器的拓扑结构,为设计中的主电路选择了单相逆变器。提出了硬件和软件的设计方案,然后设计了系统的硬件电路,并以此电路为基础,设计了驱动电路、死区保护电路、滤波电路和以LPC2131为核心的控制电路。并基于LPC2131设计了系统软件,包括初始化程序、中断服务程序以及PWM生成程序。最后制作了一台单相实验样机进行波形测试,实验结果验证所采用的控制策略可行、软硬件设计正确。10411

Title Research of Inverter and Grid Technology in New Energy Power Generation System
Abstract
As the background of New Energy Power Generation,study on the composition and the characteristics of Photovoltaic Power Generation System. The theoretical and practical problems to be solved are discussed by combining theoretical analysis with simulation experiments.
Focus on the analysis of the sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM) and voltage hysteresis control,current hysteresis control and voltage outerloop current inner loop four inverter control strategy,and study the grid and islanding diction technology.Compare about different inverter topology,select single-phase inverter as the main circuit.Presents the design of hardware and software,and then designs the hardware circuit of the system,and based on this circuit,designs the driving circuit,dead zone protection circuit,filter circuit and the control circuit which takes LPC2131 as the core.Based on the LPC2131,designs the software of the system, includes initialization program,interrupt service program and PWM program.Finally, a single phase prototype machine is realized and waveforms are tested. The results of the experiment validate the control tactics is feasiable and all the previous design is right.
