摘要随着现代制造技术的进步,工业产品型号识别和检测技术也正向着网络化、高速 化和高精度化方向发展,传统识别检测方法已经无法完全满足现代制造业的特殊要 求。如何提高船体零件识别方面的准确性,并且提高工业生产的效率,是很多船舶企 业面临的问题。本文针对船舶企业在船体零件识别的过程中,由于存在人工识别效率 低且失误率高的情况,结合目前的船体生产设计模式和船体加工制造流程提出了一种 基于 RFID 识别技术的船体零件自动识别系统方案。81933
本文所涉及的自动识别技术包括机器视觉识别、激光识别、射频识别和条码识别。 对上述技术的原理、特点、应用及管理要求等方面进行了研究,并重点分析了无线射 频技术的支撑体系和关键技术。
在零件识别技术方案方面,详细介绍了 RFID 系统的软硬件组成,分析了系统设 计面临的问题,根据实际情况对设备进行了选择,并且设计了系统的工作流程。
论文最后总结了所做的工作,并对可能存在的问题以及系统未来的研究及发展作 出了展望。

Abstract Due to the development of modern manufacturing technology, industrial product model identification and detection technology are developed in the direction of network, high speed and high precision。 Since the modern manufacturing technology is fast growing, it helps industrial product model identification。 Traditional identification method can’t meet the special requirements of modern manufacture。 How to improve the accuracy of hull parts identification and the efficiency of industrial production is the problem that many shipping enterprise is facing for now。 According to the process of hull partsidentification, it addresses the problems of low identify efficiency and high false positives。 In order to reduce low identify efficiency and high false positives, this paper proposes a hull parts automatic identification system scheme based on RFID technology combined with current hull production design pattern and the hull manufacturing process。
This paper introduces different methods of automatic identification technology, including machine vision recognition, laser identification, RFID and bar code identification, and analyses the supporting system and key technology of radio frequency technology。
In the aspects of parts identification technology, this paper explains the software and hardware combination in details and analyses the potential risk in future design。 Based on the research results mentioned above, considering the limited resources of the shipping enterprise, I finally propose the most feasible design solution, as well as the recommended production procedure。
In the end, this paper discusses the future problems that the system might meet so as the general guideline for further development。
