摘 要摘要当今社会,船舶向高功率、大型化方向发展,船舶及其辅机设备的振动问题已 经成为中外学者研究的热点。隔振是一种很有效的振动控制方式,通过合理的设计 或恰当选择隔振系统的阻尼与刚度,可以取得良好的隔振效果。传统的被动隔振方 式应用广泛,但其不能根据外界复杂载荷的变化调节其隔振性能,且具有隔振频带 较窄、对环境参数敏感等缺陷。主动隔振,依赖外部能量的输入或增加反馈系统,可 有效降低低频的振动,但主动隔振系统结构复杂、所需能量大、成本高、可靠性较差。 半主动隔振是主动隔振与被动隔振的结合,具有控制效果好、成本低等优点,有很 好的应用前景,已成为振动控制领域的研究热点。83379
本文从振动控制与隔振理论研究入手,建立了基于磁流变阻尼技术的船舶辅机 单层半主动隔振系统动力学模型,并且利用 Simulink 搭建了其仿真框图,对其进行 了隔振性能仿真分析。分别研究了阻尼、刚度、控制力和控制策略等四种不同的因 素对辅机半主动系统隔振性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:控制力的最优区间为102〜108 N ;阻尼在100〜450 N s m1 区间时,平均传递率较低,隔振效果较好;刚度为 2。1105 N / m 时控制效果最好;系统在各种控制策略作用下的隔振效果均优于 被动控制,且以改进的半主动相对控制策略振动传递率最低,控制效果最好,且系 统响应稳定。

Abstract Nowadays,with the the rapid development of ships to the direction of high-power, and large-scale, the vibration of the ship and its auxiliary equipment has become a hot research of Chinese and foreign scholars。 Isolation is a very effective way to control vibration through rational design or selecting appropriate damping and stiffness of the isolation system, which can achieve good isolation effect。 Though the application of traditional passive vibration isolation mode is wide, it can not adjust the performance of isolation based on changes in the complex external load。 Besides, it has a narrow isolation band of frequency and is sensitive to environmental parameters。 Active vibration isolation, which is dependent on the input of external energy or the increase of system feedback , which can reduce the vibration of low-frequency effectively。 However, active vibration isolation system has a complex structure, heavy demand of energy, high cost and poor reliability。 Semi-active vibration isolation is a combination of active and passive vibration isolation, having a good control effect, low cost and has good prospects, which has become a hot topic in the field of vibration control。
Starting with the vibration control and vibration isolation theory, we established the dynamics model of semi-active vibration isolation system, which is based on the single-staged auxiliary ships with MR damper。Then we use Simulink to build the block diagramin order to simulate its work process and analyze its vibration isolation performance。We take four different factors damping, stiffness, control force and control strategies into consideration,then studied their influence on the auxiliary semi-active vibration isolation system performance。 The results show that: the optimal control range is 102 ~ 108 N ; damping at the range of 100 to 450 N s m1 , the average transfer rate is
