摘要随着计算机技术和大规模集成电路技术的飞速发展,仪器技术领域也随之有了巨 大发展。从最初的模拟仪器到现在的智能仪器,新的理论和方法不断地被测试并应用 于实际应用中。新的测试领域也随着学科门类的交叉发展不断涌现;由此一种新的基 于计算机的测控仪器—虚拟仪器从中孕育而生。虚拟仪器利用便捷的软件实现了一部 分原来由复杂的硬件所实现的功能,从而大大提高了仪器的智能化程度、处理能力和 其可操作性。83796
本文的软件设计,利用了现如今功能强大的图形化编程软件 LabVIEW 来完成。 采用模块化的设计思想,每一个功能都由一个模块来完成。其中主要包括基于 DAQ 的数据采集模块;由电压测量和频谱分析组成的信号分析及处理模块;由信号存储, 波形存储与读取组成的信号保存模块;以及由单路运算、二路运算和显示控制组成的 波形运算及显示模块。并给出了具体的设计方法、设计思路和各个模块分析。本文所 设计的虚拟示波器除通用示波器的功能外,还拥有普通示波器所不具有的如频谱分 析、波形存储和调用等诸多功能。经系统测试和性能分析后,实验结果达到预先设计 要求。本设计成本低廉,功能可据实际情况增添拓展。将会于未来愈加普及与发展。

Abstract With the rapid development of computer technology and large scale integrated circuit technology, the field of instrument technology has been greatly developed。 From analog instruments to intelligent instruments。New theories and methods have been tested and applied。 The new field of testing is also emerging with the cross development of subject categories。 Thus a new kind of measurement and control instrument based on computer was born。That's virtual instrument。 The virtual instrument makes use of the software to replace Hardware function。 Thus it greatly improves the intelligent degree, the processing ability and the maneuverability of the instrument。
In this paper,the software was designed by LabVIEW。It is a functional graphical programming software,using modular design ideas。 Each function is completed by a module。It mainly includes the the data acquisition module based on DAQ,the signal analysis and processing module which is composed of voltage and frequency spectrum analysis, signal storage module and display module。Signal storage module is composed of signal storage, waveform storage and read and waveform operation。Signal storage and display module contains single path operation, two arithmetic operation and display control。The paper shows the specific design methods,design ideas and the analysis of each module。 The virtual oscilloscope designed in this paper, besides the function of traditional oscilloscope, also has many other functions,such as spectrum analysis, waveform storage and call。 After the system test and performance analysis, the experimental results meet the design requirements。 The cost of this design is quite low and the function of oscilloscope can be added according to the actual situation。We all believe the oscilloscope will be more popular and development in the future。
