摘要自动纠偏装置是带材在传送过程中对带材的边缘位置进行检测和控制的装置,它 对产品的质量、生产效率及生产过程的稳定性都会产生很大的影响。如果没有自动纠 偏装置,带材在卷取过程中就会因为没有对齐而引起后续工序的混乱,导致材料浪费。 例如纸张这样的带状物品的卷取,可能会因为外部干扰或者自身张力等因素,造成跑 离基准位置而不能按直线运行。84073
针对这一纸张跑偏问题,本课题设计了一种基于单片机的自动纠偏控制器。采用 1602 液晶显示屏对纸张的边缘基准位置和偏差量进行实时显示,形象直观。控制器 的设计上,采用 Atmel 公司生产的 AT89C51 单片机作为控制核心。在传感器检测部分, 采用光电传感器对纸张的边缘位置进行实时检测,并用模数转换芯片 DAC0832 将模拟 量转换为数字量发送给主控制器实行处理,由主控制器算出一定的控制量发送给电机 驱动模块,电机得到信号后,拖动滚珠丝杆向着纸张跑偏的方向运动,从而达到纠偏 的目的。
本文首先论述了纸张纠偏控制系统的总体方案,包括传感器模块,电机驱动模块, 显示模块。然后,在此基础上完成了系统整体的软件编译工作。最后,对系统进行了 模拟仿真和调试,结果表明,该系统操作简单,性能稳定,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract Automatic correction device is to strip the position offset in the transfer process to control the device, it for the product quality, production efficiency and the stability of the production process has great influence。If there is no automatic correction device, strip will be in the process of coiling of chaos, because there is no alignment and cause subsequent process waste material。Coiling strip items such as paper, may be because of factors such as external disturbance or its tension, run away from the benchmark position caused not by straight lines。
According to this paper running deviation problem, this topic has designed a kind of automatic correction controller based on MCU。Use 1602 LCD screen on the edge of the paper benchmark position and deviation value of real-time display, intuitive image。The design of controller, USES AT89C51 as the control core of Atmel company。In sensor detection section, adopting photoelectric sensor to the edge of the paper where the real-time detection, and modulus conversion chip converts analog to digital quantity sent to the main controller for processing, controlled by the main controller work out certain amount sent to the motor driver module, motor after get the signal, drag the ball screw motion in the direction of the paper running deviation, so as to achieve the purpose of rectifying。
This article first discusses the overall scheme of the control system of paper correction, include sensor module, motor drive module, display module。Then, on the basis of completed software compilation system as a whole。Finally, the system simulation and debugging, the results show that the system is simple operation, stable performance, has certain practical value。
