摘要本课题的目的在于通过感应熔炼、电渣重熔、高温均质化处理了解微合金钢的 冶炼流程及相关工艺。在实验之前进行配料计算,得到各种原料的添加量;然后计算冶炼钢种的理论 熔点;理论分析 TiC 的溶解与析出动力学对冶炼的影响;最后通过光谱分析和氮氧 氢分析检测钢中主要元素和杂质元素的含量。84584
确定的详细熔炼流程为,感应熔炼全程抽真空,合金化阶段要通吹氩气;熔化 阶段参数为 70KW、27Pa,精炼阶段参数为 30KW、24Pa,合金化阶段为 25KW、 360Pa。电渣重熔全程通氩气保护,分为化渣、重熔和热封顶三个阶段,重熔温度 大约为 1850℃;保护渣为 A2lO3-CaF2-CaO 三重渣系,其中含 A2lO319%、CaF259%、 CaO22%。高温均质化处理温度 1220℃,保温 9h,随炉冷却。光谱分析和氮氧氢分析的结果显示:合金元素含量除 Cr 外均达到终点目标;H、O、N 的含量分别为 0。5ppm、23ppm 和 45ppm,符合要求。

Abstract The purpose of this study is to understand the smelting process and related technology of microalloyed steel by induction melting, electroslag remelting and high temperature homogenization treatment。
Calculating ingredients before the experiment to get the added amount of all kinds of raw materials。 And then calculate the theoretical melting point of smelting steel。 Analyze effect of TiC dissolution and precipitation kinetics of smelting in theory。 Finally detect main and impurity elements content of steel through spectral analysis and oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analysis。
The detailed melting process is determined, the induction melting process is in vacuum, the alloying stage should be blowing argon gas。 The melting stage parameters are 70KW, 27Pa, the parameters of the refining stage are 30KW, 24Pa, alloying stage is 25KW, 360Pa。 The whole process of electro slag remelting through argon protection, pided into three stages, the melting slag, remelting and heat capping, the remelting temperature is about 1850 degrees, the protection slag is Al2O3-CaF2-CaO three heavy slag system, including Al2O319%, CaF259%, CaO22%。 High temperature homogenization treatment temperature 1220 degrees, heat preservation for 9 hours, with the furnace cooling。
The results of spectrum analysis and nitrogen oxygen hydrogen analysis showed that the content of alloying elements in addition to Cr reached the final goal。 The content of H, O and 0。5ppm were N, 23ppm and 45ppm, which were in accordance with the requirements。
