摘要消除工业排放气体中的NOX是保护环境,改善空气质量的重要途径。目前在众多烟气脱硝法中,SCR脱硝技术是最成熟的烟气脱硝技术,也是最常用,最经济,最有效的脱硝工艺。
制备催化剂载体TiO2采取的方法是溶胶-凝胶法。试验采用了5个样品。样品质量分别为1g。干燥温度选取的是105℃-5h。煅烧温度分别为300℃、400℃、500℃、600℃、700℃,煅烧时间都是8h。87355
试验分析采用了XRD分析,SEM能谱分析,催化剂活性测试分析。
本文研究通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出的TiO2复合氧化物载体,分别在不同的温度下先烘干后煅烧后的催化剂表面形貌、能谱分析和催化剂活性测试。采纳X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)表征手段对上述催化剂载体进行表征,研究了载体的晶相及微观形貌。通过表征结果比较,探索得出各自含量比对载体性能的影响,以及煅烧温度对于整个载体性能的影响。选用浸渍法将V2O5和WO3负载其中,通过表征手段,相互比较,并通过催化剂活性测试,得出保持催化剂活性前提下V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂合适的载体组分及煅烧温度。
通过试验得出的结论是:V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂在模拟烟气中最佳活性温度位于450℃左右;最适宜n(NH3)/n(NO)为1:2;反应接触时间应不小于0。47s。

Abstract The elimination of NOX in industrial emission gases is an important way to protect the environment and improve the air quality。 At present, in many flue gas denitrification process, SCR denitrification technology is the most mature flue gas denitrification technology, is also the most commonly used, the most economical, the most effective denitrification process。
The method of preparing catalyst carrier TiO2 is sol-gel method。 5 samples were used in the experiment。 The sample quality was 1g。 The drying temperature is 105 degrees -5h。 Calcination temperature is 300 degrees, 400 degrees, 500 degrees, 600 degrees, 700 degrees Celsius, the calcination time is 8h。
The experimental analysis was made by XRD analysis, SEM energy spectrum analysis, catalyst activity test and analysis。
In this paper, the TiO2 composite oxides prepared by sol gel method were studied, and the surface morphology, energy spectrum and activity of catalyst were tested at different temperatures。 By means of X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the catalyst carrier, and the crystalline phase and microstructure of the carrier were studied。 Through the comparison of the results, we can explore the influence of the different content on the performance of the carrier, and the effect of the calcination temperature on the performance of the whole carrier。 Selection of impregnation of V2O5 and WO3 load which, by means of characterization, compared with each other and the catalyst activity test that keep the catalyst activity under the premise of V2O5-WO3 / TiO2 catalyst suitable carrier component and calcination temperature。
The conclusion is: V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst in the simulated flue gas the best active temperature is located at about 450 degrees Celsius, the most suitable n (NH3) / N (NO) for 1:2; reaction contact time should be not less than 0。47s。
