摘要差示扫描量热法(DSC)是一种重要的热学分析法。在程序控制的温度的条件下,测量输入到参比物与样品的热量差随温度或者时间的变化关系。差示扫描量热仪所测的曲线即称DSC曲线,是以样品与参比物的功率差即热流率dH/dt(单位mJ/S)为纵坐标,以温度(T)或者是时间(t)为横坐标。它可以测定多种热力学相关的参数,包括比热容、转变热、分解反应、结晶、固化反应、试样的纯度。
本文介绍了DSC仪器的结构、原理和比热容等热力学测量。以用电沉积法制备的镍磷纳米非晶薄膜为样品进行相关的差示扫描量热实验,熟悉认识镍磷纳米非晶的DSC曲线,从而探究纳米非晶的相变温度,样品比表面积的大小对比热容等热学曲线的影响,比较非晶样品与完全结晶样品的热容曲线等热学曲线。22121

Title The thermal characterization of nanoglass materials

Abstract
Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is an important thermal analysis method. In the program control temperature, measuring the input to the sample and the reference compound heat variation with temperature or time. Differential scanning calorimetry recorded by DSC curve, which is based on the sample and the reference compound power difference, namely the heat flux of dH/dt (unit mJ /s ) for the vertical axis, the temperature (T) or time (T) as abscissa. It can measure many parameters of the sample thermodynamics related, including the specific heat, heat of transformation, the purity of decomposition, crystallization, curing reaction,and so on.
This paper introduces the structure, measuring principle and specific heat of the DSC instrument.Using the DSC device to do Thermal characterization on the Ni-P nanoglass which is prepared by the method of electrodeposition.And Familiar with the curve of the DSC on Ni-P nanoglass , To research the influence of specific surface area of the sample size on the heat capacity and thermal curve,Moreover,We do the Comparison of amorphous samples’ and fully crystallized samples’ heat capacity by the curves of DSC.
