摘要:本文研究了氨纶废丝固相醇解制备再生聚氨酯橡胶,并以三元尼龙为改性剂改性再生聚氨酯橡胶。通过改变醇解条件,设计正交试验,分析得出最佳醇解条件。改变三元尼龙添加量,研究不同三元尼龙添加量对聚氨酯机械性能的影响,并进行了不同三元尼龙添加量的阿克隆磨耗测试。综合上述研究结果得出,当醇解时间40min、醇解温度为190℃、醇解剂为5%(PEG6000)、催化剂为2%(CaO)、 4%三元尼龙时可得到性能最佳的改性聚氨酯橡胶。拉伸强度为20.12MPA,硬度78A,撕裂45.06KN/m。22800

Study on modified and regeneration polyurethane with ternary nylon
Abstract: The renewable polyurethane rubber was prepared by solid alcoholysis of spandex silk and modified by ternary nylon in the study. By changing the conditions of alcohol solution, different orthogonal experiment was designed to study the effects of different conditions on the alcohol solution of the mechanical properties of polyurethane. By changing the amount of ternary nylon, studying the effects of different amounts of ternary nylon on the mechanical properties of polyurethane, and having different akron abrasion tests. The results show that when the kneading time is 40mins ,the kneading temperature is 190 ℃, alcoholysis agent is 5%,the catalysator is 2%(CaO) and the ternary nylon is 4%, the overall performance of the renewable polyurethane rubber is best., and the tensile strength is 20.12MPA, hardness is 78A, tearing is 45.06KN/m in this condition.
