摘要结合高强铝合金焊接的特点、难点,介绍了几种目前国际上焊接高强厚板铝合金的新工艺,新方法——搅拌摩擦焊、双丝MIG焊、激光-电弧焊;与传统电弧焊相比,它们在厚板高强铝合金焊接方面更具优越性。23420
本课题试验针对40mm厚的7A52铝合金板,应用双脉冲MIG焊接工艺,先在8mm的试板上进行堆焊,选取合适焊接工艺参数,进行多层多道对接焊接试验研究,并对获得的焊缝进行了宏观成型观察和微观组织分析。通过微观组织分析各种缺陷成因,提出合理的焊接工艺参数。

Abstract
Combining with the characteristics of high strength aluminum alloy welding, the difficulty, introduces several current international new technology of aluminum alloy welding high strength board, new method --, friction stir welding, double wire MIG welding, laser - arc welding; Compared with the traditional electric arc welding, they are more advantages in terms of thickness plate high-strength aluminum alloy welding.
This topic test for 40 mm thick of 7A52 aluminum alloy plate, application of double pulse MIG welding process, on the first try in 8 mm plate welding, to select appropriate welding process parameters,multi-level multi-channel butt welding experiment research, and has carried on the macro to obtain the weld shape observation and microstructure analysis. Through the microstructure analysis of various defects causes, and puts forward reasonable welding process parameters.
