摘要用实验的方法,在试验中改变铝合金元素的相对含量或加入一些微量元素,以及采用不同的热处理方式来获得在抗下垂性能不低于3003铝箔,耐腐蚀性明显优于3003铝箔的一种新的铝合金配方。在3003铝箔配方的基础上加入少量的合金元素Ti的铝合金的抗下垂性和耐腐蚀性优于3003铝合金箔带的抗下垂性和耐腐蚀性,然而在加Ti的铝合金中增加Zn元素的相对含量,铝合金的耐腐蚀性逐渐降低。在3003铝箔配方中加入0.1%的Ti元素有助于提高铝合金耐腐蚀性,在加入Ti元素的3003铝箔配方中再增加Zn元素的含量会降低铝合金的耐腐蚀性,且随着Zn元素的量的从0.1%增加到1.0%铝合金的耐腐蚀性逐渐降低。5112

Abstract
Experimental method was used in the research ,the relative content of aluminum alloy elements were changed or some trace elements were added, and different heat treatment were adopted in the experiment. The research purpose was to get a new aluminum alloy prescription with both the better properties of anti-sag performance and better corrosion resistance than 3003 aluminum foil. A small amount of Ti element was added to the prescription of 3003 aluminium foil, the anti-sag performance and the corrosion resistance of this aluminum alloy were better than 3003 aluminium foil, but had increased the relative content of Zn element in the aluminum alloy prescription, the corrosion resistance had debased. In the prescription of 3003 aluminium foil, the corrosion resistance of this aluminum alloy was improved when had added 0.1% of Ti element. In the prescription of had added Ti alloy to increase the content of Zn will reduced the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy, with the percentage of the Zn content of from 0.1% to 1.0% and the corrosion resistance of this aluminum alloy gradually debased.

1.1 散热器背景知识
