摘要半固态加工技术自20世纪出现以来,世界各国在该领域相继进行了有效的探索。如今,半固态加工技术凭借着其高效、节能、近净成形等优点,已成为21世纪最具发展前景的金属加工工艺之一。其中,铝合金等低熔点合金的半固态加工技术得到了广泛的关注和研究。本论文利用半固态加工技术及固液混合铸造技术进行6061铝合金的半固态浆料制备,以大量实验作为基础,通过改变熔体温度、铝粉添加量和铝粉种类来改变工艺参数。对实验所得的试样进行金相组织观察,通过各个对照组的对比来研究不同的工艺参数对其组织的影响,发现低的熔体温度在低的铝粉添加量时对细化组织晶粒有更好的促进作用,而铝粉添加量的最优值需视具体情况而定,铝粉类型的改变对终态组织的影响不明显。最后结合金属的凝固理论,初步探讨半固态组织的形成机理。33993

Title The semi-solid microstructure and the formation mechanism of Aluminum alloys
Abstract
Since the technology of semi-solid processing appeared in last century,countries around the world has carried out effective exploration in this field. Because of the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, near- net forming et al, the technology of semi-solid processing has became one of the most prospective forming process for metal in 21 century. Among them, semi-solid processing technology of the low melting point alloy, such as aluminum alloy, has been widely attention and research. Semi-solid processing technology and solid-liquid mixed casting technology are used to prepare the semi-solid slurry of 6061 aluminum alloy. Using a large number of experiments by changing the temperature of fondant , the amount of aluminum powder and the type of aluminum powder to change the process parameters. By observing the microstructure of sample,this paper contrasted all control groups to study the influence of different process parameters on the organization.The low temperature of fondant has a better promoting effect to refine grain under the condition of low amount of aluminum powder.The optimal solution of the amount of aluminum powder depends on the specific condition.The influence of changing the type of aluminum powder on final organization is not obvious. Combinated with metal solidification theory,discussing the forming mechanism of semi-solid organization preliminary.
