摘要从20世纪90年代开始,由于磁性材料行业所需求高质量氧化铁粉原料的量不断增加,酸再生机组被广泛的应用于氧化铁粉的生产中。作为国内钢厂应用的最多的工艺,喷雾焙烧法得到了深入地研究。其中,对喷雾焙烧工艺研究的工作主要集中在氧化铁粉品质的优化,主要包括杂质元素降低和比表面积提高等方面。但对于酸再生过程中的物料衡算却鲜有报道;另外,物料衡算可以在实现控制酸再生工艺中废气、废酸的排放中起到关键性的理论支持作用。因此,本论文将通过物料衡算得出酸再生过程中的铁损失和酸损失的量。从而作为理论依据,针对废气处理设备进行分析,力求准确找出废酸和氧化铁粉尘超标的原因,并对其废气吸收系统的改进提出思路。

Abstract
Since the 1990s, due to the increasing demand of high-quality iron oxide powder as raw materials for magnetic material industry, acid regeneration unit is widely used in the production of iron oxide. As the largest application of steel mills process, spray roasting method has been deeply studied. Among these researches, lots of works focus on the optimization of the quality of iron oxide powder, including purification and BET improvement. But reports referred material balance about acid regeneration process can hardly be found. Furthermore, the material balance as a key theory support achieves controlling exhaust emissions in acid regeneration process. Therefore, this paper via material balances to improve iron loss and acid loss occurred during the acid regeneration process. Meanwhile, these calculations as theoretical basis for analyzing exhaust gas treatment equipment were used to strive to accurately identify the causes of excessive waste acid and iron oxide dust, and a new door has been opened to protect the environment and reduce the air pollution.
