摘要块体金属玻璃由于其特殊的结构产生了迥异于晶态金属合金的性能,例如高的强度、硬度、优于晶态金属合金的储氢性能。Mg基非晶合金与一般的Mg合金相比,有着较好的吸放氢动力学性能和较低的放氢温度,并且它的容量大、价格低、资源丰富,是很有发展前景的新型储氢合金材料。本文在综述了Mg-Ni系储氢合金的相关研究基础上,以具有高非晶形成能力(GFA)的Mg-Ni-La金属玻璃系合金为研究对象,制备金属玻璃(非晶合金)。用XRD、金相观察、SEM和EDS等方法对金属玻璃进行观察并对其的结构和成分加以研究。利用DSC方法研究金属玻璃的热力学性能,在CT2001 A型蓝电测试仪中进行金属玻璃充放电循环性能的研究讨论。67179

Title Preparation and hydrogen sorption properties of a Mg-based bulk metallic glass
Abstract BMG has quite different performance from the crystalline metal alloy, such as high strength, hardness, better than crystalline metal alloy hydrogen storage properties. Mg-based amorphous alloys compared with the general Mg alloy, have better hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics, lower desorption temperature. And its large capacity, low price, rich in resources, Mg-based amorphous alloys is promising new hydrogen storage alloy material. This paper summarizes the Mg-Ni-based hydrogen storage alloys related research,To have a high glass-forming ability (GFA) of Mg-Ni-La BMG system as the research object,preparation of metallic glass amorphous alloy. By XRD, metallographic observation, SEM and EDS were observed on the metallic glass and its structure and composition to be studied. Researching the thermodynamic properties of metallic glasses by DSC, then using the CT2001 A blue electric tester for charge-discharge cycle performance of BMG to research and discussion.
