上引连铸铜合金的组织和性能研究

摘要本文选用上引连铸生产及不同加工工艺下的纯铜、铜银、铜锡和铜镁合金试样,对其宏观组在和性能进行了分析。实验结果表明:纯铜、铜银、铜锡和铜镁合金的宏观组织存在一定的差异,纯铜的组织有等轴晶和柱状晶,其中等轴晶较多且细小。铜银、铜锡合金的组织为柱状晶和等轴晶,等轴晶较少。铜镁合金的组织为等轴晶。不同镁含量对铜镁合金的宏观组织也有影响,0.024%的铜镁合金的宏观组织与其它两种有较大的差别,柱状晶发达,比较接近于纯Cu的宏观组织。在上引连铸、拉拔、冷轧后的铜镁合金宏观组织中可以看出,拉拔后的宏观组织与冷轧后的宏观组织相比,晶粒的得到了细化。镁、锡、银对铜合金有强化作用,加入后都使铜合金的硬度增加,镁的固溶强化效果最好。随着镁含量的增加,铜镁合金的硬度先增加后减少,以含镁量为0.40%的铜镁合金硬度最高。上引连铸工艺下铜镁合金的硬度最低,冷轧工艺下铜镁合金的硬度最高,稍高于拉拔工艺下铜镁合金的硬度,远远高于上引连铸工艺下铜镁合金的硬度。68777

Study on the microstructure and properties of upward continuous casting copper alloy

Abstract

In this paper, the samples of pure copper, copper silver, copper tin and cu magnesium alloy are analyzed in this paper, and the macro group is analyzed. The experimental results show that: pure copper, copper, silver, copper, tin and copper magnesium alloy there was some difference of the macroscopic organization, the organization of the pure copper with isometric and columnar crystal, including isometric and more small. The structure of copper and silver alloy is the column crystal and other axial crystals, etc. The structure of the copper magnesium alloy is an isoaxial crystal. Different magnesium content of copper and magnesium alloy also has effect on the macroscopic organization, 0.024% of copper and magnesium alloy of macroscopic organization has bigger difference with the other two, the developed of the columnar crystal, more close to the macrostructure of the pure Cu. After continuous up-casting, drawing, cold-rolled copper magnesium alloys can be seen in the macroscopic organization, after drawing the macroscopic organization compared with macroscopic organization after cold rolling, the grain refinement.Magnesium, tin and silver are reinforced by copper alloys, and the hardness of the copper alloy increases with the addition of magnesium. With the increase of magnesium content, the hardness of the magnesium alloy was decreased, and the magnesium alloy was the highest hardness with 0.40% magnesium. Copper the hardness of magnesium alloy is the lowest in continuous up-casting technology, under the cold rolling process of copper magnesium alloy has the highest hardness, slightly higher than the hardness of magnesium alloy under the copper of drawing process and continuous up-casting technology is much higher than the hardness of magnesium alloy under the copper.
