摘要:本文采用了一种简单的荧光玻璃片的制备工艺。丝网印刷技术提供了在玻璃基板上的复合荧光体层的设计和工程的可能性。荧光丝网印刷技术允许实现高稳定性和热传导性的荧光体层。这种荧光玻璃的方法为LED包装实现远程荧光粉技术提供更多可能性。本实验利用实验制备的玻璃粉体作为原料,分散在松油醇、乙基纤维素中,制备出符合实验条件的浆料。采用丝网印刷法成功制备YAG掺硼酸盐玻璃荧光片,测试其荧光光谱和电致发光光谱,探究不同温度和荧光粉不同浓度对荧光玻璃发光性能的影响。71328

Preparation of remote glass fluorescent film by screen printing
Abstract:This paper presents a simple and practical method for preparing phosphor glass. Screen printing technology provides the possibility of design and engineering of composite phosphor layers on glass substrates. Fluorescent screen printing technology allows for the realization of high stability and thermal conductivity of the phosphor layer. This method of fluorescent glass provides more possibilities for LED packaging to achieve remote phosphor technology. In this experiment, the glass powder prepared by the experiment was used as raw material and dispersed in terpineol and ethyl cellulose to prepare the slurry with the experimental conditions. The YAG borate-doped glass fluorescent film was successfully prepared by screen printing. The YAG borate doped glass fluorescent film was successfully prepared by screen printing method. The PL spectra and PLE spectra of YAG borate were tested, and the luminescent properties of the glass were characterized. The influence of the temperature and the concentration of YAG was investigated.
