摘要非晶合金因其独特的结构特征,在热稳定性、耐蚀性、偶氮染料降解能力等方面显示 出优异的性能。本文主要通过感应熔炼获得 Fe76Si9B10P5 母合金,并采用气体雾化法获得 非晶合金粉末,系统研究了 Fe76Si9B10P5 粉末对偶氮染料甲基蓝、甲基橙、直接蓝染料的脱 色能力。实验结果表明,Fe76Si9B10P5 非晶粉末能够有效使得偶氮染料褪色,且褪色效果 明显优于 Fe 粉。在不同的实验条件下,Fe76Si9B10P5 非晶粉末对不同染料褪色的速率不同, 相同染料在不同温度的褪色率没有明显的差别,不同染料的褪色效果不同。本论文也对 Fe76Si9B10P5 非晶粉末对偶氮染料的褪色机理进行了讨论。本文研究有助于开发新型非晶 合金污水处理材料,对实现高效的污水处理,为改善人类的生存环境,提供一定的实验 数据参考,进而实现其一定社会价值和经济价值。74251

Title Degration of aze dyes catalyzed by metallic glasses
Abstract Due to its unique structural characteristics, metallic glasses show excellent performance in terms of thermal stability, corrosion resistance and azo dye degradation。 This paper mainly researches on the degradation of aze dyes, such as methylene blue, methylene orange and direct blue dyes catalyzed by Fe76Si9B10P5 metallic glasses。 The mother alloy was prepared by induction melting。 The Fe76Si9B10P5 metallic glasses powderes were fabricated by gas atomization method。 The experimental results show that the Fe76Si9B10P5 glassy powder can effectively make the azo dye fade, and the fading effect is better than that of the Fe powder。 Under different experimental conditions, the degrading rate of Fe76Si9B10P5 amorphous powder was different with the fading rate of different dyes, and the fading rate of the same dye at different temperatures did not differ significantly。 In this paper, the mechanism of the fading of azo dyes by Fe76Si9B10P5 glassy powder was also discussed。 This research can help to develop new glassy alloy sewage treatment material, to achieve efficient sewage treatment, to improve the survival of the human environment, providing certain reference of experimental data, so as to realize its social value and economic value。
