摘要:四方晶碲α- TeO2是一种以其有优异的声光性质而被普遍认知的化合物。现在它通常用于高性能声光器件中,例如声光Q开关、偏转器、调制器、移频器和可调滤波器等,这些方面的应用都对TeO2晶体的尺寸和质量提出了更高要求。77560
对于尺寸的要求,也就是对于生产加工的要求,通过初步的实验室加工方法,在最大程度满足要求和标准的条件下,优化和改良了加工的流程和所需要的时间。而对于质量的要求主要表现在对晶体缺陷的控制,课题组合作单位正在开展TeO2晶体生长产业化工作,晶体容易出现晶体缺陷、质量等问题,大量产品需要建立质量和物理性能评价体系和检测办法。
本实验通过Bridgman技术在生长轴和横向方向上分析在铂坩埚中生长的TeO2晶体中的缺陷的空间分布,同时进行EDS,电子显微镜分析以确定观察到的内含物的性质。
EDS检测初步分析证明金属铂的存在,并且测试包裹物的成分可能是氧,起源于坩埚壁上的Pt诱导Te-O键的解离。
Study on Physical Properties of TeO2 Crystal
Abstract:Quaternary tellurium a-TeO2 is a well-known compound with its attractive acousto-optic properties。 It is now commonly used in various applications such as light deflection modulation, tunable frequency filtering, or Q switching of laser beams, where high optical quality crystals are required in a relatively large size。
For the requirements of size, that is, for the production and processing requirements, through the initial laboratory processing methods, to meet the requirements and standards to the maximum conditions, optimize and improve the processing of the process, and the time required。 The quality of the requirements of the main manifestations of the control of the crystal defects, the research group is carrying out TeO2 crystal growth of industrial work, the crystal prone to crystal defects, quality and other issues, a large number of products need to establish quality and physical performance evaluation system and testing methods。
In this experiment, the spatial distribution of defects in TeO2 crystals grown in platinum crucibles was analyzed by Bridgman technique in the growth axis and transverse direction, and EDS and TEM were used to determine the properties of the observed contents。
The preliminary analysis of EDS assays confirms the presence of metallic platinum and the composition of the test wrap may be oxygen, which originates from the Pt-induced release of the Te-O bond on the crucible wall。
