摘要镁合金有许多优异的性能,但是其化学活泼性高耐蚀性能差,表面处理困难,防 腐问题已经成为阻碍镁合金发展的重要因素之一。磷酸盐转化膜技术是通过金属与溶液的化学反应,在镁合金表面形成一层防护薄 膜,一般要和后续涂层一起构成防护性覆层作为镁合金产品的表面保护。本文研究了 AZ91D 镁合金在在以锰盐和钙盐为主的化学转化液中进行的磷酸盐转化膜工艺。通 过正交试验确定了转化液的溶液组分和工艺参数。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)等分析镁合金磷酸盐化学转化膜的结构性能。 利用点滴试验、全浸蚀试验、电化学工作站研究膜层的耐蚀性能。结果表明,草酸酸 洗的表面预处理工艺效果最好。在 60℃,pH=3 条件下化学处理 40min 后的磷酸盐转 化膜耐蚀性能最好。磷酸盐转化膜的主要元素组成为 O、Mg、Al、P、Ca、Mn,膜 层由晶态物质组成。磷酸酸盐转化膜技术能够提高镁合金耐蚀性,是镁合金表面处理工艺发展的重要 方向。81244

Abstract Magnesium alloys have many excellent properties, but its chemical inertness is high, its corrosion resistance is poor。 The surface treatment is difficult , corrosion has become one of the important factors that hinder the development of magnesium alloy。
Phosphate conversion coating technology is through a chemical reaction with the solution of the metal in the magnesium alloy surface form a protective film, and generally follow the protective coating together form a surface protective coating of magnesium alloy products。 In this paper, AZ91D magnesium alloy in order to be manganese salt and calcium-based chemical conversion solution of phosphate conversion coating processes。 By orthogonal test solution components and process parameters into liquid。 Using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis of alloys and other magnesium phosphate chemical conversion coating of structural performance。 Use spot test, the whole attack test, corrosion
