磷化环氧丙烯酸树脂涂料水性环氧涂料的缓蚀性能研究

摘要涂料作为被最广泛应用的材料之一,一直以来备受人们的关注。而传统涂料的使 用离不开挥发性有机溶剂的添加,从而造成污染,随着人们环保意识的日益提高,这 一缺陷越来越无法忽视。于是各种减少或者不用有机溶剂的绿色涂料不断地涌现。其 中,水性环氧涂料因其优异的综合性能,自其诞生以来就不断地被应用和与发展,成 为现今环境友好型涂料的主力军。81351 

环氧树脂水性化方式众多,其中丙烯酸改性型环氧树脂的乳化方法兼具丙烯酸树 脂与环氧树脂的性能,有效的改善了环氧树脂耐候性不足的缺点,并且有着良好的分散性。 

本实验选取了磷酸改性后的环氧树脂通过接枝共聚乳化法使其水性化,对于原料 与工艺的选取进行了尝试与优化,通过改变磷酸的用量分析其对水性化体系的影响, 发现磷酸用量超过环氧树脂 E-12 总质量的 1/30 会对接枝共聚产生负面影响。并从电 化学方面研究了缓蚀剂对整个体系耐蚀性能的影响。证明了磷化环氧丙烯酸树脂涂料 本身有着良好的发展前景。

Abstract As one of the most wildly used material,coating has been attached great importance。

The traditional use of coatings is inseparable from additional volatile organic solvent, which results in pollution。 With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, this defect has been more and more difficult to ignore。 So, all kinds of green paint with less or no organic solvents continue to emerge。 Among them, water-based epoxy coating which has excellent overall performance, since its inception, will continue to be applied and developed, and has become main force of today's environmentally friendly paint。

There are lots of ways of epoxy’s emulsification。Among them acrylic acid-modified epoxy resin has the performance of both the acrylic resin and epoxy resin, effectively improves the weather resistance of the epoxy resin, which is the short board of it, and have good dispersibility。

In this study, the selected phosphate modified epoxy make itself water-borne after the graft copolymerization process 。Selection of raw material and optimization of the crafts was attempted time after time。By changing the amount of phosphoric acid, analysis of the effect on the water-based system was made,which shows that overdose phosphoric acid(more than 1/30 of the mass of epoxy resin E-12 used)may cause negative impact on the graft copolymerization。The effect of corrosion inhibiter on the corrosion protection of the whole system was also studied in electrochemical way。 Proved phosphated acrylate- epoxy coating itself has good prospects for development。
