钛基复合材料镀镍工艺研究

摘要化学镀是在不通电的情况下,利用氧化还原反应在具有催化活性的镀件上获 得表面镀层的方法。化学镀镍镀层均匀、硬度高、孔隙率低、稳定性高且可焊性 好。然而,化学镀镍用于钛基材料表面处理的研究并不多。钛基复合材料是指在 钛或钛合金中加入增强相的一种复合材料,具有高于钛合金的强度、优异的蠕变 性、良好的耐蚀性和高温性能。但钛基材料也有缺陷,例如表面易磨损。为减少 磨损、延长使用寿命,需对材料表面镀膜。但钛基材料表面的氧化膜严重影响基 体表面活性,得到的镀层与基体结合力差。81354

本文拟在钛基复合材料表面获取 Ni-P 镀层,并研究温度、pH 值、络合剂及 表面活性剂对镀层的影响。此外,本文还进行了化学镀 Ni-P-Al2O3 复合镀层及扩 散热处理工艺探索,以期获得质量更好的镀层。

本文在传统浸锌工艺基础上,对钛基复合材料进行超声活化,得出最佳时间 约为 10s。实验证明,当温度为 85℃、pH 值为 8、络合剂为柠檬酸钠、表面活性 剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵时,钛基复合材料化学镀镍磷工艺效果最佳。以化学 镀镍磷工艺为基础的化学复合镀 Ni-P-Al2O3 实验获得了质量较高的镀层。扩散热 处理因没有在真空炉中进行,所以仅少量镍扩散进入基体,部分镀层脱落,实验 结果没有达到预期。

Abstract Electroless plating method uses redox reaction to obtain a surface coating on the plated surface of the catalytically in the case of no electricity。 Electroless nickel plating is average, high-hardness, low-porosity, high-stability and good-weldability coating。 However, study of electroless nickel for titanium matrix composites surface treatment is not much。 Titanium matrix composite is a composite material that reinforcement is added in titanium or titanium alloy, with higher strength, excellent creep resistance, good corrosion resistance and high temperature performance。 However, titanium matrix composite have defects such as surface wear。 In order to reduce wear and prolong life, the surface needs to be coated。 The oxide film seriously affect the surface of the active material。 The binding force between the coating and the material is very weak。

This article intends to obtain Ni-P plating on the titanium matrix composite surface, study the effects of temperature, pH, complexing agents and surfactants on the coating。 In addition, the article also study the electroless plating  Ni-P-Al2O3  composite coatings and diffusion heat treatment process。

In this article, ultrasonic activation method which are based on the traditional dip zinc-based technology is used to treat the samples。And the optimum time is about 10s。 Experiments show that the best results are achieved when the temperature is 85℃, pH

value  is  8,  the  complexing  agent  is  sodium  citrate,  surfactant  is  cetyl   trimethyl

ammonium bromide。 Composite plating Ni-P-Al2O3 experiments obtain higher quality plating。Only a small amount of nickel diffuses into the surface of the material because of no diffusion heat treatment in a vacuum oven。Part of the coating  separated

from the surface of the material。The results did not meet expectations。
