摘要：本文主要运用文献综述、观察、访谈的方法对XX附属幼儿园幼儿动手能力培养现状进行调查研究，主要包括：幼儿动手能力培养的概述、幼儿动手能力培养的现状分析、幼儿动手能力培养中存在的问题及原因分析、幼儿动手能力培养的相关策略及建议四大块。并对结果进行分析，发现存在教学过程以教师为主导；幼儿动手能力培养中缺乏互动性和计划性等方面的问题，并在此基础上提出教师要完善幼儿动手能力培养的教学手段；在幼儿园教学过程中需借助相关课程进行多方教学的相关建议。51985

幼儿动手能力培养现状的调查研究——以周口市XX附属幼儿园为例
