3) Cultivation of the mechanical product's design skills
To enable students to have a simple mechanical product design and processing capacity, require students to make simple mechanical product design, computer graphics experiments and requires students to design products in metalworking, machining and assembly, so that not only exercise the students to use product design tools for product design ability, but also allow students to master the basic machining methods and skills, familiar with a variety of processing.
B. Melting various Links in Practice as a Whole, Layered, Organic Specialty Experiment
Experiment system is a scientific and systematic two year before university, students should master fundamental experimental methods, get basic experimental training and
Integrated application for the basis of knowledge and expertise on the basis of ability to independently or cooperatively to complete an experiment. In order to develop
student's development capabilities of the mechanical and electrical products, specialty experimental system is not set up for specific courses, but the experiment was pided into the mechanical basis experiments, the experiment of machinery and mechanical experiments. The organization of specialty experimental system is using typical mechanical and electrical products as the object, seeing the students' ability as target, focusing on product development, machinery and electronic products development in accordance with the development process pided into several stages, and the practice in training program link into product's design and development.
1) Mechanical fundamental experiment
Mechanical fundamental experiment requires students to use utilization knowledge comprehensively, finish the task what is the structural design of mechanical product,
mechanical properties of test and parts manufacturing test, product assembly and quality inspection, cultivate students' development ability of mechanical product.
2) Mechanical 1speciality experiment
Mechanical specialty experiment requires students to finish the development of the product controller including control system design, controller hardware and software
design and development, such as control system for the overall program design, detection method design and sensor selection, the controller hardware structure, the schematic and PCB design, controller development, the control algorithm design, control program design and development. They can cultivate students' development ability of embedded system.
3) Mechanical comprehensive experiment
Based on the demands of comprehensive experiment that students should finish implement of mechanical structure and control system development, assemble the mechanical product made by fundamental experiments and controller system developed by specialty experiment to finish product's development. In accordance with the concept of concurrent engineering, the experiments require students to take a group as a unit, pide the labor according to the students of technical expertise within the group together to complete the design from product development to the whole process of assembly debugging, to cultivate students' sense of community and spirit of cooperation.
C. The Relationship between Experiment System and Theoretical System
Theoretical System Specialty experimental system does not open the specific aspects of the experiment for certain theoretical knowledge and specialty skills, however, the specialty experiments aiming at the development of mechanical and electrical products, it will be fused together comparing the fragmented theoretical knowledge as showed in Figure.3. Experimental teaching system and the theoretical teaching system are not only independent and self-contained, but also promote each other. The progress of the experimental teaching system is not be restricted by the specific theoretical system, which can be carried out before theoretical teaching.
