摘要：思想政治教育学科自教育部1984年设立至今已发展了三十年，思想政治教育研究主要经历了理论探索与经验积累、理论的开拓形成、创新与发展三个发展阶段，期间也取得了相应的成果。在新的历史条件下，这一学科面临着拓展学科领域、丰富学科内涵、增强学科特色、提高学科水平的建设任务。结合师范学院思想政治教育学科发展现状与实际，主要从思想政治教育学科建设规划、实施和总结三个角度对本校思想政治教育学科建设进行研究总结。20450

The measures and the implementation of the construction of Ideological and Political Education——Taking Zhoukou Normal University as an example
Abstract：The subject of Ideological and political education to the Marx doctrine as the theoretical guidance, to the party's ideological and political work as the basis of practice,after its 30 years of construction,has achieved fruitful results. In the new historical conditions,the subject facing expanding subjects, rich connotation,strengthening the discipline characteristic, raise the level of discipline construction task.Thinking and the development of Ideological and political education subject in question,by combing ideological and political education in the new historical conditions change and development of clues, accurately grasp the basic background in the subject construction of Ideological and political education in the new period and basic requirements.This paper mainly from the planning, construction of the subject of Ideological and political education implementation and summarizes the three aspects of the University Ideological and political education discipline construction experience and development planning.

思想政治教育学科建设的对策及实施——以师范学院为例前言
根据我国，尤其是河南省基础教育和经济社会发展对思想政治教育高级专门人才的需求，思想政治教育专业建设的目标向着有地方特色的教育方向和社会需求方向发展。力争通过专业建设，进一步完善人才培养模式；进一步优化课程体系；进一步提高师资队伍整体素质；使学生思想政治教育理论素质进一步提高，创新精神和实践能力显著增强。将师范学院思想政治教育专业建设成能够为高等学校研究生教育提供优质生源、为基础和中等教育输送高素质优秀师资、为经济社会发展输送创新型人才的培养基地，使本校思想政治教育专业成为办学特色凸显、学科优势明显、师资力量雄厚、教学效果显著、人才培养质量较高的特色专业。
