摘要：本文主要包括：大学生就业歧视的概述,包括就业歧视的概念和大学生就业过程中遭受就业歧视的危害；大学生在寻找工作过程中可能遭遇以下几种歧视，主要有性别歧视、户籍歧视、学历歧视、身体健康歧视。本文就大学生遭遇就业歧视的原因进行了简要的分析，在研究过程中，我认为可能是由于用人单位思想上缺乏平等就业的观念、高校教学方式和内容脱节、现行的立法存在不足；分析原因之后，提出了相应的对策，如提高用人单位平等就业的理念、适当改变高校的教学模式、完善现有法律，来减少大学生在就业过程中遭遇的歧视。93070

On the legal regulation of college students employment discrimination

Abstract：This paper mainly includes: the overview of employment discrimination of college students, including the suffered employment discrimination and the concept of employment discrimination in the employment process of college students; students may encounter the following kinds of discrimination in the job search process, there are gender discrimination, household discrimination, health discrimination。 This causes the college students employment discrimination were analyzed briefly, in the process of research, I think may be due to the employer thought lack of equal employment concepts, teaching methods and content, from the current legislation are insufficient; the analysis of the reasons, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as improving existing laws the unit of equal employment concept, changing the teaching model of college students, and to reduce the encounter in the process of employment discrimination。
