摘要现代社会，纠纷呈现多元化特征，单一的纠纷解决方式已经难以解决所有的纠纷，需要构建多元化的纠纷解决机制来解决多元化纠纷。目前我国的多元化纠纷解决机制虽然有所发展，但仍存在着各类纠纷解决机制自身存在局限性、非诉讼纠纷解决机制与诉讼纠纷解决机制协衔接困难等问题，这需要我们在立足本国国情基础上，积极借鉴美、英等国机制发展方面的先进经验，通过完善立法、促进诉讼纠纷解决机制与非诉讼纠纷解决机制衔接与协调等方式完善我国的多元化纠纷解决机制。33401

Title Diversified dispute settlement mechanism research in China
Abstract
In modern society, the dispute has persified characteristics, the single way of dispute resolution is difficult to solve all the disputes,and it need to build a persified dispute to solve persified dispute settlement mechanism.At present our country although persified dispute settlement mechanism，but there are still various kinds of problems ,such as the limitation of the dispute settlement mechanism, the difficult cohesiont of non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism and litigation dispute resolution mechanism . It need us actively learn the advanced experience with the development of the mechanism from the United States, Britain and other countries, on the basis of based on our national conditions.Through perfecting legislation, litigation dispute resolution mechanism to promote and non-legal dispute resolution mechanism is the persity of cohesion and coordination way to perfect our dispute resolution mechanism.
