摘 要：中国社会传统的农耕型经济所倚赖的生产方式要求以家庭为单位，依靠祖辈经验积累，由此产生了敬畏家长、族长和皇帝的宗法制度。宗法制度文化是西周至明清时期形成的政治体系的确立、权利义务的分配、人际关系的处理等规则和人们对这些宗法制度规则的遵从与习惯和对宗法制度价值的认同。以血缘为纽带，以家族为本位，宣扬三纲五常，以父权和族权为特征的宗法制度在中国社会长期占据了主导地位。宗法制度变迁后，它所遗留的制度文化仍以观念和习惯的形式影响着当今的社会生活，我们要正视并积极引导其实现正方向的转化，努力发掘其现代价值得以合理利用。40424

An Analysis of the Chinese Ancient Partriarchal Clan System
Abstract:The traditional farming economy Chinese society depends on the mode of production in the family as a uint,from the ancestor of accumulated experience,resulting in the fear of parents,chiefs and the emperor’s patriarchal clan system. The patriarchal culture of Western Zhou Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties formed the political system establishment,the rights and obligations of the distribution,the interpersonal relationship rules and people to comply with the rules of the patriarchal clan system and patriarchal clan system of habits and values.As a link to the blood,family based,promote classe,characterized by patriarchy and clan in the patriarchal society Chinese long dominated.The patriarchal clan system changes,system culture it still influence the legacy of social life in the form of ideas and habits.We should face and guide it is the direction of the transformation,to explore its modern value to rational use.

(一)宗法制度的概念
所谓宗法，就是中国古代社会确定嫡、庶关系的法则。宗法关系是由氏族社会的家长制演变而来的以血缘关系为基础的社会关系。而宗法制度作为一种意识深处的观念，贯穿于整个民族的思想之中，成为了一种生存本能。
宗法制度的核心概念是家天下。对中国人而言，家是一切的核心，“家和万事兴”正是这一观念的体现。而家的外延也可以无限地进行拓展，从家庭、到家族、再到宗族，乃至国家，都是一体的。在中国古代的登记制度中，若把家作为最小单位，就会形成一个错综复杂的网状结构。
